Cryogenic Air Separation / Oxygen Plant & Nitrogen Plant
Gas Production
Our Cryogenic Air Separation Plants are engineered facilities that divide atmospheric air into its constituent gases—primarily oxygen and nitrogen—and can also extract argon and other trace gases through a process of cryogenic distillation. The plant compresses and cools air to ultra-low temperatures, allowing different components to separate based on their boiling points. These systems are ideal for large-scale industrial operations where continuous supply, high purity, and energy-efficient performance are essential.
Using advanced purification systems, turbo-expansion refrigeration, and structured distillation columns, our cryogenic plants deliver high-quality gases for applications ranging from steel manufacturing and petrochemical processing to glass production and semiconductor fabrication. The design emphasizes reliability, ease of integration with existing infrastructure, and optimization for specific product flows and pressures.
Rotada's air separation solutions are fully customizable to match client requirements for output capacity, energy consumption, and gas purity. We support both gaseous and liquid delivery formats, enabling flexible supply options such as onsite pipeline distribution, bulk storage, or cylinder filling, all backed by robust controls and monitoring systems to ensure consistent performance.
